About Project
The Document Management System was developed to help SMP Bina Insan Boarding School organize and manage digital records more efficiently through a centralized web-based platform. As a boarding school that operates various academic, administrative, and institutional activities, the school continuously generates important documents that need to be stored securely and retrieved quickly whenever required. According to the project information, the system was designed to transform how the school manages and accesses its document history by replacing fragmented manual processes with structured digital document management.
For this project, Codenesia built a custom web application that serves as a centralized document repository for the institution. The platform simplifies document storage, organization, and retrieval, enabling administrators to locate historical records more efficiently while maintaining consistent document management practices across the organization. Who is The Client
SMP Bina Insan Boarding School (BIBS) is an Indonesian Islamic boarding junior high school managed by Yayasan Bina At-Taqwa Mandiri. The school focuses on developing students through its Tribina Karakter educational framework, which emphasizes faith (Bina Iman), character development (Bina Akhlak), and intellectual growth (Bina Cerdas). Its educational approach combines academic excellence, Islamic values, and character building within a supportive boarding school environment.
