About Project
The Madrasah Management System is a web-based solution developed by Codenesia to support administrative management across madrasah institutions under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The project contributes to the ministry's broader digital transformation initiatives by providing a centralized platform for managing educational administration and institutional information more efficiently.
The system was designed to improve how madrasah-related information is organized, managed, and accessed through a unified digital platform. By replacing fragmented administrative processes with centralized information management, the solution helps improve data consistency, documentation, and accessibility for authorized users. This approach aligns with the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen digital education governance through initiatives such as EMIS and other education management platforms.
A centralized school management platform supports more efficient administrative workflows while reducing dependence on manual processes. For a government institution responsible for supervising thousands of Islamic educational institutions nationwide, digital administration plays an important role in improving data governance, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and strengthening institutional accountability. Who is The Client
The client for this project is the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Agama), the government institution responsible for religious affairs and the administration of Islamic education throughout Indonesia. The ministry oversees thousands of madrasah institutions, including Islamic elementary, junior secondary, and senior secondary schools, while also managing policies and programs aimed at improving the quality of Islamic education nationwide.
