The Yayasan Syukur Bhuwana Semesta website was developed as a digital platform for managing program information and participant registration. Rather than delivering online learning, the foundation organizes its self-development programs through in-person, multi-day events conducted in scheduled batches throughout the year. To support these activities, the organization required a centralized system that could simplify registrations while maintaining accurate participant records.

For this project, we developed a website that allows prospective participants to browse available programs, view upcoming batch schedules, and register online through a personal account. Each participant is required to create an account before registering, enabling the foundation to maintain participation records and allowing users to access their registration history for previous programs. This centralized approach streamlines administrative processes while providing a more convenient registration experience for returning participants.

One of the project's key challenges was designing a registration workflow that remains simple for users while supporting long-term participant management. The platform also needed to present program information clearly and organize participant histories within a secure account system. The result is a registration platform that improves operational efficiency, simplifies participant management, and supports the foundation's ongoing offline programs through a well-structured digital system.

Yayasan Syukur Bhuwana Semesta (Syukur Sejati) is a foundation that organizes various self-development and character-building programs conducted through offline, instructor-led events. These programs are delivered in scheduled batches, making participant registration and administrative management an important part of the organization's operations.

Its official website serves as the primary source of information for upcoming programs while also functioning as the foundation's official registration platform. Participants can create personal accounts, register for available batches, and maintain a record of their previous participation through a centralized system. This digital approach helps the foundation manage participant data more efficiently while providing a smoother registration experience for both new and returning participants.
