About Project
In 2018, AIPA entrusted us with redesigning and redeveloping its official website to better support its role as the communication and information hub for parliamentary institutions across Southeast Asia. The existing website had become increasingly difficult to maintain, with complex navigation, an outdated interface, and legacy technology that no longer met modern web standards.
One of the biggest challenges was transforming a website that contained a large amount of organizational information, publications, meeting documents, news, and parliamentary resources into a platform that felt intuitive and easy to navigate. Every visitor—from government representatives and parliament members to researchers and the public—needed to access information quickly without being overwhelmed by the site's structure.
Our team approached the project by simplifying the information architecture, redesigning the user interface with a cleaner and more professional visual identity, and rebuilding the website using modern web technologies. The result is a faster, more accessible, and easier-to-manage platform that delivers a significantly better user experience while reflecting AIPA's position as one of ASEAN's leading inter-parliamentary organizations.
Who is The Client
The ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) is the official parliamentary organization of ASEAN, bringing together the legislative bodies of all ASEAN Member States. As a regional platform, AIPA promotes dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding among member parliaments while strengthening parliamentary contributions to regional development and integration.
Beyond serving as a communication hub, AIPA also facilitates the publication of parliamentary documents, resolutions, news, official events, and institutional information that support collaboration among member parliaments, observer parliaments, and international partner organizations. Its official website plays a vital role in ensuring that these resources are accessible to stakeholders across the region and around the world.
