Expo Urbanscape & Greenery 2018 was an exhibition and conference dedicated to landscape architecture, urban greenery, sustainable development, and green infrastructure. The event brought together manufacturers, suppliers, landscape architects, developers, government representatives, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations, and explore business opportunities within the landscaping sector.
To support the operational needs of the event, Codenesia developed an Event Management and Monitoring System that streamlined participant registration, attendance tracking, and administrative reporting. The platform centralized participant information while providing organizers with an administrative dashboard to monitor check-in, check-out, and pending attendance throughout the event.
The solution included barcode-based participant verification to accelerate on-site registration, participant categorization, real-time attendance monitoring, and reporting features with CSV and Excel export capabilities. A centralized dashboard enabled organizers to monitor attendance statistics instantly, reducing manual administration and improving operational visibility during the exhibition.
As Expo Urbanscape & Greenery involved professionals from multiple organizations and business sectors, efficient participant management was essential for smooth event execution. By digitizing registration and attendance workflows, the platform improved data accuracy, simplified participant management, and supported faster reporting after the event. The project demonstrates how a dedicated event management system can enhance operational efficiency for exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale professional events requiring structured participant administration.
Who is The Client
The client was the organizing team behind Expo Urbanscape & Greenery 2018, an exhibition and conference organized by PT Media Artha Sentosa with support from Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and several professional organizations involved in landscaping, urban development, and sustainable environmental initiatives.
