About Project
The Event Management and Monitoring System for Siberkreasi Kominfo was developed as a web-based platform to support Netizen Fair 2018, one of the flagship events organized under Indonesia's National Digital Literacy Movement (Siberkreasi). The solution was designed to centralize event administration by managing event information, participant data, operational activities, and event monitoring through a single integrated platform.
As a large-scale public event involving multiple organizers, participants, and program activities, efficient coordination and structured data management were essential. The system streamlined administrative workflows by reducing manual processes and providing a centralized environment where event information could be managed consistently. Administrators were also able to monitor event implementation through a dedicated dashboard, improving operational visibility throughout the program.
Beyond supporting day-to-day event operations, the application served as a centralized repository for event-related information, making participant records, schedules, and administrative data easier to organize and access based on user permissions. This approach helped improve operational efficiency while supporting the digital transformation of event management processes.
Developed as a custom Event Management System, the project demonstrates Codenesia's capability in delivering web applications for event registration, event monitoring, and digital event administration for large-scale government-supported digital literacy initiatives.
