About Project

The JKTMUDA Youth Program Integration System was developed to support the digital transformation of public services delivered by the Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Office (Dispora DKI Jakarta). The project was designed to provide a centralized digital platform where young people in Jakarta can access youth development programs, register online, submit application requirements, and obtain program information through a single integrated portal.

For this project, Codenesia developed a web-based platform that consolidates multiple youth initiatives into one digital ecosystem. The system supports participant registration, profile management, document submission, program administration, and application tracking for various government programs. These include initiatives such as Young Entrepreneurs (WMP), Duta Pora, Inter-Province Youth Exchange (PPAP), International Youth Exchange (PPAN), and other youth development programs managed by Dispora DKI Jakarta.

By replacing fragmented administrative workflows with a centralized platform, the solution helps improve operational efficiency while simplifying the experience for applicants. Participants can interact with multiple programs through one account, while administrators benefit from more structured participant management and streamlined program administration.

One of the key challenges was designing a flexible platform capable of supporting multiple government programs with different registration requirements, evaluation processes, and administrative workflows. The system needed to remain intuitive for public users while providing administrators with comprehensive tools to manage diverse youth programs through a unified digital platform.

Who is The Client

The Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Office (Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga / Dispora DKI Jakarta) is the regional government agency responsible for developing youth empowerment and sports programs across Indonesia's capital city. The agency organizes initiatives focused on leadership development, entrepreneurship, youth exchanges, athletic development, and community engagement to help build a capable and competitive younger generation.

As the number of public programs and participants continues to grow, Dispora requires digital platforms that can simplify service delivery while improving administrative efficiency. The JKTMUDA platform provides a centralized gateway for citizens to access multiple youth programs, enabling online registration, participant management, and transparent program administration within a single integrated system.
