About Project
The Rakornas Management System was developed to support the digital administration of the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) organized by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). As a national-scale event involving government ministries, public institutions, regional administrations, and archival organizations, Rakornas requires a reliable platform to manage participant registration, event administration, and coordination efficiently. The meeting serves as an important forum for strengthening collaboration and advancing the implementation of Indonesia's national archival initiatives.
For this project, Codenesia developed a web-based event management system that centralizes participant registration, data verification, event information management, and administrative workflows into a single platform. Digitalizing these processes enables organizers to reduce manual administrative work while improving data accuracy and operational efficiency throughout the event lifecycle.
The solution provides a better experience for both participants and organizers. Attendees can register and access event-related information through a unified portal, while administrators gain comprehensive tools for managing registrations, monitoring participant data, and coordinating event operations more effectively.
Who is The Client
The National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) is a non-ministerial government institution responsible for managing the nation's archival system. Its responsibilities include preserving national archives, improving archival governance, providing public access to archival information, and supporting transparent and accountable public administration across Indonesia.
In addition to its archival responsibilities, ANRI regularly organizes national coordination meetings and professional forums that bring together central government agencies, regional governments, and archival institutions to strengthen collaboration and improve the implementation of archival policies and services nationwide.
